Starting at $40,000

This is the starting price range to renovate an existing concrete pool approx. 7m x 10m assuring concrete shell is structural sound.  To prepare pool for renovation, new waterline tile, beadcrete interior, coping, replacement of filtration and chlorination.

$50,000 to $100,000

This price range would include changing shape of pool, fully tiling interior, coping, replacement of filtration and chlorination, installation of solar heating system or heat pump.

+ $100,000

In this price range it would include adding a spa with heating, feature wall, water feature and renovations to pool.
