After your initial contact with Award Pools (by telephone or via the Internet), a consultant will phone you to make an appointment at the proposed pool site. At this initial consultation, they will assess the site and you can express your special needs.

Many facets of possible pool designs will be discussed, with an option to use an interactive multimedia presentation as a springboard for creative pool design ideas.

Back at the office, your representative will prepare a taylor-made design for your swimming pool and surrounds - consulting with other members of the Award Pools team where needed.

A full-colour sketch of the proposed improvements to your site would be presented to you prior to proceeding.

After any adjustments are made, a contract is exchanged. If finance is required, we recommend Dynamic Mortgages Pty Ltd (contact Chris Grieves 4754 4045 or 0411 647 067). A supervisor for your pool is appointed, and he will liaise with you and all contractors on site. The pool is then built: at this stage it's best to stop praying for rain, because bad weather is usually the only cause for any construction delays.

After the pool is finished and all financials are complete, a representative from Award Pools will "handover" the pool to you and ensure that you are skilled up for its proper ongoing care.
